The Rockies decided to have all ticket sells (or is it sales?) go through the Internet, which sounds like a good plan - no waiting in lines camped out for hours, no getting to the ticket window as they close because the ticket are sold out.
By having all tickets go through the Internet you avoid having any headaches, right? Not exactly. Unfortunately, the person in charge of this Internet-brainstorm didn't take into account the volume of people wanting tickets or those trying to access the site. As Brea said, how about Ticketmaster? Use someone that is able to handle the volume of hits. DUH!
