Boys and girls are different

Morgan is a child of routine (creature of habit). Each night the routine is as follows:
  • Morgan's bath time
  • Drink "hot" milk
  • Get pajamas on
  • Brush teeth (how do you get kids to stop sucking the toothpaste off the brush and actually brush their teeth?)
  • Read books (somehow 2 books turns into 5)
  • Family hug and prayers
  • Morgan goes to sleep in her "tent" (crib with her binky)
  • "Daddy pats Morgan on the back and counts to 30 and then goes potty"
Last night, I changed up the routine just a little bit and "went potty" while Morgan was at the sink in "Mommy and Daddy's" bathroom brushing her teeth. Well, as I was going potty Morgan walks around the corner, opens the door to the toilet (sees me standing) and says "What you doing, Daddy?".

My response?

"If I knew I was going to have an audience I would have sat down and pottyed like a girl." To which Morgan's response was her immediately sitting on the floor, staring off into space, smiling and then saying "I pee-pee too" (thankfully she was wearing a diaper).

My daughter cracks me up!
