So yesterday I headed back into the wide world of exercise. It was an easy day - I just wanted to do a quick warm up on the bike and work through a rotation on the weights.
Easy. Peasey. Right?
Not exactly. First off, the quick warm up on the bike was brutal. It was the longest 5 minutes at the 3rd level in my life. 5 minutes was all I could handle (maybe this working out thing is not such a good idea...). After the "warm up" I went through a typical upper body workout (shoulders, back, chest, biceps, triceps, etc.). The workout felt awesome! I was feeling like He-Man pushing the weights around.
Today? I need someone to hold the phone to my head. I can barely move my arms from my elbow down. I am trying to figure out what I can eat without having to use my arms.
My Dad suggested that I buy some soup, stick my face in it, blow bubbles and slurp away! That really sounds like the best plan at this point...
Here is my new wish list item:
D.O.M.S - Delayed Onset of Muscle Soreness
*Unfortunately tomorrow is probably going to be worse than today! (2nd day of soreness is just a glimpse into what is in store for you the next day)

Hey Brian-
I am reading the book The Cardio-Free diet. Maybe you should look into it! Ha ha
Stephanie Howland
I would rather have the "sit-on-the-couch-watching-television-
and-lose-all-the-weight-and-gain-all-
the-muscle-you-want diet"...
Invent that and you would become an instant millionaire!
