We have arrived in Denver for our Colorado Christmas 2007 celebration with Jen's parents, sister, and friends.
The high today in Highlands Ranch is 26 degrees (currently at 12:15 Mountain Time, the temperature is 22 degrees, but according to weather.com it feels like 12 degrees). And there is also some weird white stuff falling to the ground from the sky - the locals here says that it is called "snow" (frozen rain). I used to remember what rain was, but with the drought in the Southeast having left us bone dry this last year it is really hard to picture it; I'm glad I didn't go out screaming the sky is falling this morning.
Let's contrast that with the weather in Lawrenceville. The high today there is 66 degrees (currently at 2:15 Eastern Time, the temperature is 66 degrees, and according to weather.com it feels like 66 degrees).
