You gotta love it!
This week marks the end of my marathon training for Chicago. My training guide says to stick with the easy mileage this week and to go ahead and start the carbo loading for Sunday's "race".
Now if I could only get the right side of my body to work properly - ankle is sore, my Achilles and calf is tight, and my hip and IT band argue way too much...damn running!
