Only in America?

Here is a news article about a special education student that was arrested on December 20 because the glorious government (a.k.a., public) school's administration thought the 12 year old wet her pants on purpose!

The mother of the child says the child has often wet her pants when having to meet the principal of the school, but has never become violent (despite outbursts). Of course the "school officials dispute those claims, saying the girl has assaulted staff and uses urination as a "weapon."

A weapon? How do you exactly use urine as a weapon? Would that be considered a biological weapon? Should we get the CDC involved?
